I have a special interest in working with PTSD, traumatic experiences, identity exploration, family dynamics, and the anxiety and/or depression that likely comes with any of those presenting concerns. I view the therapeutic relationship as collaborative: You are the driver and expert of your life, and I would be honored to be a trained passenger along your journey, helping you discover things right outside the window (or maybe inside in the car) that may be of assistance to you as you continue to take control of the wheel.

I utilize a Client-Centered approach, drawing from Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), depending on the goal being worked toward. I also like to incorporate mindfulness as a way to maintain a here-and-now awareness of the work you are doing in and out of session.

Hi, I'm Connor

I am deeply committed to providing safety for the intersection of your identities, including race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, and ability. I welcome all conversations regarding your lived experience and tailor my approach to honor the worldview you hold and the systems you navigate.

We are all first-time humans. There is no issue too big or too small for seeking support. If you think we would be a good fit, I hope to hear from you, and am excited to see where our work can take you!

Outside of work, I am an avid backpacker (to the right is a picture of me minutes after finishing my Appalachian Trail thru hike), a collector of music and concert-goer, an amateur and just-for-fun photographer, a new (and very green) gardener, and a lover of all animals (especially my cats).
